Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Through hands-on, experiential programs, we equip students from kindergarten through young adulthood with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate their futures.

At Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, we serve thousands of students each year across Clark County and surrounding communities. Our programs, including JA BizTown, JA Finance Park, and a wide range of classroom-based experiences, connect students with real-world career exploration, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education. By partnering with schools, volunteers, and local businesses, we bring learning to life, helping young people envision a future of possibility and opportunity.
