SUMMARY

Youth on Course is nationally recognized non-profit based in Pebble Beach, CA serving more than 25,000 youth through subsidized rounds of golf, high school internships, caddie initiatives and college scholarships. We are currently experiencing rapid national growth through a unique licensing model with other state and regional golf association foundations in ten states. Born from the Northern California Golf Association (and still serving as the charitable arm of the NCGA), the organization needs a highly motivated, detailed, disciplined and energetic professional to help grow its youth initiatives. You will work with the program director and our marketing and development teams to promote and operate youth programs throughout Northern California. If you value youth, understand golf and are willing to dig-in and get your hands dirty, let us know ASAP. It’s a fast paced and fun environment in an incredible setting. You will certainly have some late nights, a little bit of travel, but most importantly, an opportunity to change the lives of the youth we serve.
