We want to educate the general American public of the manifold benefits of, and to motivate them to establish a National, Non-Federal, Non-profit professional licensing system in place of the existing State-based system. This would provide one national licensing board for each profession instead of the redundantly costly, uncoordinating fifty State boards in each of some fifty plus professions. Our proposal to the American People is well within the normal evolution of the American self-governing process and represents an institution of a "more perfect Union".
