AGUA - Everywhere Schools (EWS)

AGUA NGO and EveryWhere Schools (EWS) are two NGOs that, temporarily, are working on a common project, to join forces and to improve the quality and operating conditions of the Shakinah School in Molo, Kenya.

AGUA is an NGO with two clearly defined lines of action; Construction and rehabilitation of water wells in Uganda, and infrastructure management and financing of the Shakinah School in Kenya. In both projects, the common goal is to help improve the quality of life of people affected in their day to day, either by the lack of drinking water in the African continent, or by the lack of opportunities to access a more hopeful future, through education. Where its contribution can contribute to build a more fair world.

EveryWhere Schools (EWS), is an education NGO that acts in emergency situations (conflict zones, natural disasters or extreme poverty). Its objective is for all children to learn, discover, have fun and grow in the best conditions, especially in those places where education is difficult to access. Through educational programs tailored to each country, the local teachers themselves will develop the task of transmitting knowledge and much more, to all those children who, without being oblivious to what happens around them, live in extreme situations for indefinite periods of time.

Currently, both organizations are working towards the same direction. Due to this, we are looking for a Coordinator who can carry out the planned actions, working on going to the field (Kenya) for 4 months, in a period between the months of March to July 2019.
