Synergy Family Services (SFS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing wraparound support services to adopted youth and their families at risk of out-of-home placement. Our mission is to ensure that every child and family we serve receives the comprehensive care and support they need to thrive. We are committed to creating a positive, lasting impact in the communities we serve by fostering healthy family dynamics, promoting mental wellness, and enhancing access to resources and services.
