Blackboy Blueprint

Blackboy Blueprint empowers boys ages 12 through 18 by providing mentorship, leadership development, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, academic support, and mental wellness programming. Our mission is to equip young men with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities they need to overcome barriers, achieve economic mobility, and become responsible leaders who create lasting change in their families, schools, and communities.

Blackboy Blueprint is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering boys ages 12 through 18 to become confident leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers in their communities. We believe every young man deserves access to opportunities, positive role models, and the tools needed to build a successful future, regardless of his circumstances.

Our work focuses on addressing barriers that often impact underserved youth by providing mentorship, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, leadership development, academic support, and mental wellness programming. Through hands on experiences, career exploration, business development, community service, and life skills training, we equip young men with the confidence and practical skills to thrive in school, the workforce, and beyond.

Since our founding, Blackboy Blueprint has served more than 500 youth, launched youth owned businesses through our Blueprint to Business Accelerator, and partnered with schools, local businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders to expand opportunities for young people throughout Metro Atlanta.

Our core values are Leadership, Accountability, Service, Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, and Community. These principles guide everything we do as we work to break cycles of poverty, violence, and limited opportunity while creating pathways to economic mobility and lifelong success.

We believe that when communities invest in young men, they strengthen families, neighborhoods, and future generations. Together with volunteers, mentors, educators, corporate partners, and supporters, we are building the next generation of leaders one blueprint at a time.
