Healing and Discovery Foundation, Inc.

Healing and Discovery Foundation is nonprofit organization that aims to bring our innovative social/emotional curriculum to New York City schools. We teach students, ages 14-18, about their thoughts and feelings, how the mind works, and teach them how to manage and handle their feelings with a directed mindfulness technique called The Paradox Process. Be believe that this education is imperative to give every student the change to do their best and be their best self. Some of the issues we tackle are bullying, test anxiety, social pressures and low self esteem.
