Our mission is to respond to human needs with programs and services that protect children, promote healthy families and communities, help seniors, and empower individuals to take control of their lives.

Chance to Advance is a program that services Foster care Youth, youth in group homes and those adopted . Children in foster care are at a much higher risk of incarceration, teenage pregnancy, substance abuse, lack of self-esteem, and ending up on public assistance. About 70% of youth in foster care do not complete high school. Our solution is to intervene and bring meaningful change to the lives of at-risk children and youth in foster care by providing positive outlooks and enrichment opportunities through one-on-one mentoring and life skills workshops and activities..

EAC Network provides a broad array of educational, vocational,counseling and criminal justice services. The organization’s 70 programs protect children, create opportunities for seniors, promote healthy families and communities, empower people through employment and education, and provide alternatives for people with substance abuse and mental health needs.Today, over 71,000 people rely on our services throughout NYC and Long Island.
