Operation Meraki is a veteran-led nonprofit empowering veterans and their families to be seen, supported, and thriving in their next mission in life after service. We believe that transitioning out of the military isn't an ending — it's the start of a new mission, and no one should have to navigate it alone.

Through a whole-person model, we support veterans across three core pillars: health and wellness, employment and growth, and community engagement. Whether it's connecting a veteran to mental health resources, helping them translate military skills into a civilian career, or simply creating spaces where they feel they belong, every program we run is designed to move people toward a life of meaning — not just services checked off.
