Amidst the splendor of Bangkok's temples and on its busy streets, thousands of stray cats and dogs endure a miserable existence. Their plight is largely ignored. At SCAD we aim to change that.
SCAD stands for "Soi (Street) Cats and Dogs". Through our three main programs: Animal Birth Control, Adoption, and Education, SCAD works tirelessly to promote animal welfare by reducing the number of street animals and improving the lives of street and companion animals in Bangkok, and, ultimately, in Thailand. Together we can create a happier and healthier environment for all to enjoy.
