We were founded as Boulder County Hospice in 1976 to provide expert medical, emotional and spiritual care to terminally ill people and their families.
As Colorado's first hospice, we have long set the standard for care of those with advanced illness in our region. And we continue to lead the way today, with innovative programs that honor the choices, preserve the dignity and address the individual needs of the patients and families we are privileged to serve.
As a nonprofit, community effort, we provide our hospice care for everyone who needs us, regardless of ability to pay. We offer free grief support to anyone who has suffered a loss, whether or not their loved one was our patient. And we educate people throughout our area on all matters related to end-of-life challenges.
