We are a Not for Profit organisation set up to provide supervised support to those suffering from depression, or other stress related mental illness who are in need of emotional support and encouragement.

Our aim is to provide maximum peer to peer support through this on line platform for as much time as Ó Lá Go Lá is capable of providing. This site and its support is supervised by qualified and selected personnel to individuals which are suffering Stress and Related Illnesses such as Depression and otherwise, known or unknown, and to aid in the prevention of death by suicide by any individual(s) by providing support and cognitive guidance to anyone who needs it.
