Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)is a French non-profit organization established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia. Since its establishment, PSE has been working in Cambodia to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education, and vocational training to destitute, maltreated, and under educated children in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, and Siem Reap.
Today, PSE supports approximately 6,500 children, of which 3,000 children study in public schools, 1,500 in the remedial education program, and 1,500 in the vocational training program. Approximately 500 children benefit from specific educational programs including classes for children with disabilities, day-care, and infant care.
