The American Tall Ship Institute (ATSI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, CA.
ATSI provides educational opportunities for youth and adults aboard the 137' wooden schooner Bill of Rights, and in our on-shore boat-building shop.
ATSI is committed to encouraging positive youth and community development through environmentally aware, curriculum based, ocean centered programs.
