The Naveducando Foundation runs the Galapagos Infinito program which aims to connect all 10-11 years olds in Galápagos to the ocean and the unique protected areas which they call home but have limited and restricted access to. We seek to provide opportunities for Galapagos children to experience awe and wonder about the environment they live in, to fuel passion for exploration, curiosity, learning and a sense of cooperation to protect the environment and the community they live in. We do this through partnering with the tourism sector to enable tourism boats to transform into Oceanic Classrooms for a few days and allow the children a full learning immersion and for companies to contribute to a vision of regenerative tourism where the community can experience that which the guests who visit the islands come for.
