Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc. is a non-profit civil legal aid organization, providing free legal representation to low-income individuals in 14 counties of Western New York. We represent individuals dealing with various legal civil problems in the areas of housing, public benefits, health care, disability, employment, elder law, and more. LawNY® has seven fully staffed field offices in Bath, Elmira, Geneva, Ithaca, Jamestown, Olean, and Rochester, two satellite offices in Lakeville and Lyons and a business office in Rochester.
