One World Link

For the past decade One World Link has provided strategic consulting as well as project management in partnership with communities throughout the world using our Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) model. With a mission of using local resources to solve community problems, we see local residents as integral solutions to their own problems.

Our values and tools include:

Targeted Intervention Approach- that creates solutions for the most vulnerable and impacted residents in the community that can be generalized to the larger population.

Equity Lens- which is focused solely on improving the outcomes of those impacted. We have moved past purely seeking representation or power-sharing but look at how institutions and systems can most benefit those most impacted, particularly historically oppressed and marginalized groups.

Collective Impact Model- We work with local partners to build their capacity so that each group is able focus on their primary core competency. As a result, each group is able to do more than they had been doing. To this end we have a group of staff that have several decades of experience in program development and implementation.
