Let's Feed NY exists to eliminate food insecurity across New York City and Long Island — delivering immediate relief to families in need today while building the permanent infrastructure required to serve them tomorrow.

Let's Feed NY was established in May 2025 by founder Ian Codio with a singular focus — systematically addressing food insecurity across New York City and Long Island through scalable, community-based operations.

We execute weekly food distributions across all five boroughs and Long Island in partnership with City Harvest and Island Harvest, delivering consistent access to nutritious food for hundreds of families each week. Our programming extends beyond traditional distributions to include an Amazon at-home grocery delivery partnership and community kitchen operations, ensuring families are served through multiple channels.

What differentiates Let's Feed NY is our commitment to building permanent operational infrastructure. We are actively acquiring warehouse facilities, commercial kitchen access, and distribution assets — establishing a physical foundation that ensures long-term reliability and scalability. Where many organizations operate programmatically, we are building institutionally. Every asset secured directly expands our capacity to serve more families, more consistently.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating with full volunteer leadership, strategic food sourcing partnerships, and a disciplined focus on operational excellence. Our model is designed to scale — across boroughs, across program types, and across funding structures — without compromising the consistency our communities depend on.
