Working for Parents, Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit established in 2021.

We exist for the communities of parents in New York City and New York State who are hit the hardest whenever there is a major economic, societal or structural change in the United States.

Our mission is to bring energy and strength to parents by responding to the economic, societal, and structural issues that are affecting their daily lives.

Our Vision is that communities, businesses, and policymakers synergize to produce environments where parents feel secure and have the resources needed to support their families.

When it comes to improving the quality of life, parents need options for themselves and their families. There are many factors that contribute to a parents inability or ability to improve their financial and social standing. Some of the many factors being: education, location, and race. These factors limit or enhance which businesses, institutions, and work opportunities are available to parents.
