MCS is an economic and workforce development corporation in Los Angeles County providing job seekers with job search assistance, assessment, subsidized education and training, and vocational/career counseling. We specializing in providing services to individuals with significant barriers to finding employment, including persons with disabilities, veterans, ex-offenders, homeless, single parents, high school dropouts, foster youth, limited English speakers and low-income individuals.

MCS provides direct support to the nonprofit Library Foundation of Los Angeles, employing technical assistants to service library patrons across all branches - helping to fulfill the Foundation's vision of providing free access to key resources for the community.
