Impact Capital supports the efforts of organizations focused on community building and creating affordable housing for low income people in the Northwest. Using below-market loans, technical assistance, and an integrated training program as our tools, we enhance the capacity of nonprofits to develop and manage quality housing, while creating a coordinated system of nonprofit development by strengthening links between programs, funders, recipients, and agencies.
