Tribe All Good (TAG)

TAG’s mission is to build healthier, just, and inclusive communities that reflect People Matter. The expertise and perspective of TAG’s large and diverse Board of Directors and conscientious community members includes strategic planning, capacity building, infrastructure, business finance, community engagement and, most importantly, the creation, implementation and integration of tailored anti-racist "People Matter" awareness protocol and curriculum. The Diversity Equity & Inclusion curricula will be tailored to corporations, nonprofit organizations and even the communities themselves (encouraging self-sufficiency and self-love).

TAG is developing several initiatives, such as our TAG Board of Directors Internship Program, TAG Fellowship Program, programs that promote art as a vehicle for catharsis for disparate sectors of society -- from the C-Suite Level Executive to the Girl Scout Den Mother to the Young Boy with a Dream. Through our initiatives, we want to explore and encourage community members to be empowered by the tools that we offer and ultimately create a self-sustaining channel of addressing issues before they cause an emotive explosion like Ferguson. We need volunteers who see themselves as Servant Leaders and who will respect, understand and advocate for differing perspectives; we are not looking for people to agree with us!

TAG Art is a statement of contemporary expressions. TAG commissions artists to create works that generate equitable exchanges and allow personal interpretations. TAG actively engages in Musical Advocacy as well.

TAG provides Diversity Equity Inclusion Access and Belonging (DEIA&B) education, awareness and assembly. TAG curricula engagements are tailored to meet participants where they are, and create cumulative change, through incremental growth assessments that address systemic racism in organizational, educational, and societal interactions. TAG curricula include lectures, cognitive development, readings, interactive, and practical experiences to achieve progressive and sustainable transformation.
