Cascadia Education Project

Cascadia Education Project offers educational, participatory, and collaborative opportunities to the public of the Cascadia bioregion for the purposes of fostering an awareness which holds local culture and ecology as foundations for the sustainable and holistic reinhabitation of the bioregion.

Cascadia Education Project engages sponsored projects and partners in a process of visioning collective educational, community building and healing, and ecologically restorative efforts within a context of bioregional reinhabitation. This is accomplished via approaches including but not limited to: providing umbrella support to compatible start-up projects, partnering with compatible organizations and aligned community entities, identifying and supporting project to project and project to partner collaborations, gleaning educational output for bioregional curricula, and networking projects and partners with communities and watershed organizations.
