The Post Peak Development is an organization dedicated to building coalitions of home buyers to create affordable, eco-friendly housing. Unlike traditional housing developments, the communities we aim to create are funded entirely by the home owners. This means that 100% of the "profits" can go into the creation of things like renewable energy, livable, walkable, bikeable neighborhoods, and arts and cultural attractions within the community.
