Blue Ridge Christian Ministries, Inc. is the parent organization of Higher Ground Christian Retreat (a non-denominational Christian camp facility). It is a 110-acre haven set aside for religious activities. We have a 76-bed facility contained in three buildings, gazebo, picnic shelter, and a view overlooking two states. These offer a quiet setting for Christian retreats of all types: Men's Retreats, Ladies' Retreats, children's camps, officer training, seminars, and conferences. Blue Ridge Christian Ministries offers these facilities from April through October and is located along the picturesque Blue Ridge Parkway. Visitors to Blue Ridge/Higher Ground feel an immediate peace as they are covered by God's love for them. Most leave with a newfound love for Higher Ground and want to return as often as they can. Meals are lovingly prepared in a commercial kitchen. We invite your Christian group to make Higher Ground its own for your next meeting. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons.
