Synergia’s mission is to promote youth development and leadership through meaningful encounters with the natural world, through working and learning together, developing the innate gifts and capacities that live in each person, promoting positive activism and making a difference through community involvement and service.

Synergia's flagship program is Finding the Good Traveling Semester Program. The curriculum is based on studying and doscumenting models of sustainability.
