To upgrade the management skills of the women, particularly the young girls.
To build the capacity of women in order to help themselves and to compete effectively in the senior managerial position of their government.
To implement development programes for the rural communities. E.g. Health centres, schools, dams and wells.
To provide the displaced nomads who lost their livestock with basic minimum of livestock.
To eradicate the illiteracy from Somaliland women.
To train women for effective leadership of their mother land.
To give Health awareness e.g. HIV/AIDS and other sexual transmitted diseases. Seminars on FGM and The problems of KAT(the green leaves).
Development of small businesses and/or starting new business by providing credit revolving fund.
