Asia Pacific University

Asia Pacific University, located in Kyushu, Japan, offers undergraduate and graduate degrees which focus on international issues, specifically in the Asia Pacific region. APU has a dual language curriculum (English and Japanese.) Half its students are from overseas as are half its faculty. Knowledge of Japanese language is not required. For undergraduates, the College of Asia Pacific Studies offers specializations in Comparitive Societies and Cultures, International Governance, Environmental Resource Policy and Sustainable Development Studies, while the College of Asia Pacific Management offers specializations in International Business and Comparitive Management, and Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Graduate programs include MBA, and MA programs in Asia Pacific Studies, International Cooperation Policy and International Public Health. A generous merit based scholarship program, for both undergraduates and graduates, is available.
