School of Talent and Creative Arts

The School of Talent and Creative Arts was founded in 2018, in the community of Ticheli, Tamale. The school aims to provide vulnerable children from this community with free education. In addition, the school invites international volunteers to provide children with trainings in the creative arts, life skills and vocational skills. The school stimulates the kids creative development, promotes their employability and improves their decision making in life.

The school was founded by an intercultural couple: a young native from Tamale and woman from the USA. They acknowledged the need to promote the welfare of children in the community of Ticheli and decided to address this by founding a school. 

Volunteers can work as teachers, within the area of empowerment and rights education or as fundraisers. However, volunteers who have any other ideas about how they could contribute to the school, are also more than welcome!
