BRENDA FAYE INITIATIVE FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND CANCER RES

The Brenda Faye Initiative is dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for underserved communities and providing resources for cancer patients and their families. Through mentorship, literacy programs, food assistance (including the Florida SFSP), and community outreach, we strive to uplift these communities and create lasting change.

The Brenda Faye Initiative is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, mentorship, and support services. Founded in memory of Brenda Faye, a lifelong advocate for education, who lost a battle to pancreatic cancer, we also strive to also uplift cancer patients and their families.

Our key focus areas include:

Education & Literacy - Providing tutoring, reading programs, and academic support.

Hunger Relief - Supplying nutritious meals through the Florida Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and food assistance efforts.

Cancer Support & Awareness - Raising awareness and assisting families impacted by cancer.

Through volunteerism, community partnerships, and outreach programs, we work to create meaningful change. Join us in making a difference!
