The International Leadership Graduate Program

The Master of Arts degree in International Leadership program enhances students' capacity for global leadership in combination with a solid understanding of cross-cultural issues. It focuses on international education, economic, health care and political development and underdevelopment.

The International Leadership Program focuses on theory as it practically applies to real-world experience. Ethical, effective leadership is a core component woven throughout the program. Engaging, collaborative surroundings foster opportunities for you to build a professional network of colleagues who will be come lifelong international leadership contacts. The program's hands-on focus provides unparalleled opportunities to learn from international leaders and in international settings.

The program host international leaders at our semi-annual Leadership Forum, held in the spring and fall of every year. Furthermore, we offer cross-cultural exchanges to Africa via EDLD 869: Leadership in International Contexts.
