La Gonave Community and Child Association

Our vision is to assist the residents of La Gonave Island, Haiti to live in dignity and hope through providing nutrition, clean water, financial support for medical care, safe housing and education in the belief that this support will enable the community to thrive in a sustainable manner.

Our intention is to donate regularly towards school attendance for the children of ASHOG Orphanage, near Anse-a-Galets, La Gonave Island, Haiti and for the other vulnerable children in the community.

To provide the children with clean water and nutritious food.

To raise the capital for a well and water system, a new orphanage and school for ASHOG Orphanage.

To provide food, water and safe housing for the residents of the Poor House, Anse-a-Galets, La Gonave Island, and for the handicapped people living in severe poverty.

To obtain medical attention and financial support for medical care for those in need.

To work with local organizations who are of similar mind.

To provide income for local Haitians carrying out LGCCA projects such as building works.

To research and implement projects that will enable Haitians to earn a living in a sustainable way.
