Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit, located in Newburgh New York, is the Hudson Valley’s longstanding independent public policy, planning and advocacy organization. Pattern creates regional solutions to quality of life issues by bringing together business, nonprofit, academic and civic leaders from across nine counties to collaborate on issues such as: municipal sharing and local government efficiency; affordable /workforce housing; revitalization of urban areas; land-use policy; transportation and other infrastructure issue that impact the growth and vitality of the regional economy.
