    The Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc. (BPMC), is dedicated to improving the physical, spiritual, and psychological well being of the residents of north central Brooklyn by providing the highest quality comprehensive family health services with particular concern for the lower socio-economic groups.

    BPMC has been serving the Fort Greene and Clinton Hill communities for over 25 years. We also have Rising Heights which is an Early Intervention/Primary Care program for HIV/AIDS. Our main office is located at 650 Fulton Street and we have a satellite Health Center at the Whitman, Ingersoll and Farragut Public Housing and a school-based Health Center at the Benjamin Banneker School.

    BPMC's approach is holistic. Our foundation is built on strong leadership that fosters quality service from a committed staff and a deep and abiding respect for the people we serve. We still believe, as did our founders, that quality health care is a right for everyone.
