Heart of Florida Legal Aid Society's mission is to continue providing quality advice, counsel, and direct representation in the areas of family law, domestic violence, and immigration law to indigent litigants residing in Hardee, Highlands, and Polk counties.

We believe justice is for everyone, not merely those with significant financial means. Our advocacy promotes financial stability for families, prevents family violence, and affects positive change in our community.
