The Society of St. Andrew - Carolinas works with farmers, farmers markets and packing houses in the Carolinas to rescue fresh fruits and vegetables that may otherwise end up as waste. With the help of our network of volunteers, we glean or salvage produce and distribute it to local feeding agencies.
