The mission of the Alliance for the Advancement of Equal Rights, (AAER) is to create an organization dedicated to the advancement of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community with a special emphasis on the Transgender community.
We have three main objectives: to mentor, to advocate, and to provide legal assistance.
