COMMUNITY CARE is a nonprofit agency that arranges affordable, competent help to enable people with disabilities or illnesses continue to live independently at home.
Mission: To support vulnerable, ill and disabled people to live at home at the highest possible level of independence, health, and dignity. We also provide services that help to increase the health and wellness of our community.
