Near Southeast CDC is established as a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing homeownership, community restoration and sustainability. Since its inception Near Southeast CDC has provided quality affordable housing while continuing to preserve the historical beauty of the neighborhood. Near Southeast CDC also serves as the fiscal agent for the Weed and Seed Initiative.
