The Jesse Tree

Since 1995, The Jesse Tree has developed programs and projects that assist Galveston County residents who are seeking healthcare, social services and ministerial resources. As a convening organization, The Jesse Tree uses state-of-the-art technology to connect individuals and families with information, education, resources and guidance to solve problems and develop healthier lifestyles. At the same time, The Jesse Tree links collaborating organizations together physically and electronically to fill gaps in the service-delivery system that might otherwise confound the outcome. The result is holistic care that maximizes local resources and services.
