Charlestown Community Garden

The Charlestown Community Garden donates thousands of pounds of fresh veggies each season to local organizations in need of food. See website for last year's stats.

Last year we were short-handed and without much time, but still managed a very successful event. This year we are starting earlier, and hope to recruit several dedicated volunteers to help with all aspects of event-planning. This includes outreach, advertising, web/social media, writing, photo-journalism, web-page development (we don't have a website!), music/entertainment coordination, etc. If you are interested in devoting some time to the cause and joining our team, please let us know!
