MOUNTAIN PARK RESCUE SQUAD INC

Mountain Park Rescue Squad, dispatched as Squad 83, is an EMS and Technical Rescue Agency that has embedded its impact in a small community in Surry County named Mountain Park since 1983. We cover parts of State Road, Thurmond, Devotion, Dobson, and Elkin. Our mission is simple: when the call for help comes, answer it. Through emergency medical intervention and specially crafted rescue techniques, we save those in our community and our neighboring districts when they need it most. No problem is too big nor too small for us.

It's not a job, it's not a club, it's not a hobby.
