Unity Care

Since 1993, Unity Care has served thousands of children, youth and families impacted by the foster care system. Our services stretch across 9 Northern California counties from Santa Clara to El Dorado providing a host of housing and supportive services to our communities foster youth and emerging adults. Unity Care is the nurturing home that embraces, heals, and transitions foster youth toward adult lives of independence, wellbeing, and purpose.
