a) To promote and encourage in community a spirit of practicing thrift mutual self help, education and training. b) To establish a vocational and other livelihood skills development centers c) Initiate and support sustainable poverty reduction projects through mobilized group support. d) Initiate and manage revolvi9ng funds and other forms of micro-credit support to organized groups. e) Encourage and promote sanitation and community based primary health care. f) Do such other things as may be necessary for the attainment of these aims.
