Faith in Action Alabama

Faith in Action Alabama is a faith-based community organization nonprofit that consists of over 50 congregations across race and faith lines in primarily in Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Montgomery. Our mission is to honor God by dismantling systemic racism to create pathways of opportunity for all Alabamians. Faith in Action Alabama strives to serve as vehicle for grassroots individuals to build and wield power so they are architects, not objects, of policies that impact their communities. We are the Alabama federation of Faith in Action, which is the largest faith-based community organizing network in the U.S.
