The priority of the Gilbert Albert Community Center (GACC) is to support the immigrant communities in the Dorchester, Mattapan and Roxbury areas by offering free English language and literacy classes to beginners so they can participate and thrive as newcomers to the USA. We also offer health and wellness activities, a women's group, and other social services with the understanding that these contribute to a learner's ability to do well in the classroom.
