DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING SYSTEMS INCORPORATED

Developmental Training Systems, Inc. was established in 1990 as a private not for profit organization in Ogden, Utah. DTSI provides community day support services for 26 individuals ages 22 to 85 with severe, multiple physical and intellectual disabilities who reside in Davis and Weber Counties. All have a primary diagnosis of intellectual disabilities and may have other disabilities as well, such as: Cerebral Palsy, seizure disorders, Autism, and/or Alzheimer’s disease.

Individuals receive assistance and support and have an opportunity to participate in activities such as mobility, art, history, music, crafts, science, physical positioning, culture and hobbies. We assist individuals with eating and with their personal care needs (toileting). At DTSI we place great emphasis on understanding the unique communication and learning style of each person.
