The Shikshan Gram Shelter for Homeless Children is a heart centred organisation dedicated to caring for children who have either lost their parents, or whose parents are unable to care for them. It is a Natural Education, Research and Training Institute – creating a better childhood through quality education, nourishment and nurturing of the underprivileged children of India.
Our vision is to form a new society based on equality, non violence, loving kindness and spiritual understanding through the system of education.
Our mission is to serve the children to encourage a better childhood and to help them become responsible individuals and spiritual human beings. We achieve this by providing food, shelter, clothes, and medicine and equality education.
The Shikshan Gram Shelter for Homeless Children is a haven for 105 children from the age of 3 to 15.
