Westminster Presbyterian Church mission is "To be the hands and feet of Jesus."

Our vision is to provide access to nutritious meals, and food resources in our community.

We started a weekly meal ministry in September of 2018 feeding families, and individuals in need in our community. Since then we have grown tremendously, and to date have served 2,000 meals into the community. This is all through the help of volunteers, and students from Northern Illinois University. The community meal program is a place where people of all identities are welcome to come have a nutritious meal. As the program has grown, so has our reaching capabilities. We are moving forward with the goal to continue providing meals during the summer 2019 for children in our community.
