Mission Lindenwood Community Volunteer Ambulance Corps Inc is a provider of emergency medical services to the communities of Lindenwood, Ozone Park, and South Ozone Park, located in Queens, NY. Lindenwood VAC is run and staffed totally by volunteers. LVAC provides emergency ambulance coverage to over 35,000 residences in our response area. We are dispatched to emergency calls via direct phone calls and via New York City Fire Department's 911 Mutual Aid Response System (MARS). Lindenwood VAC also helps assist its members with providing medical and driver training. LVAC has been an active provider of ambulance services in our communities for over 30 years. Lindenwood VAC is a New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Service Certified EMS Agency Lindenwood VAC is a member of the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association, District 4. Lindenwood VAC is a 911 participing ambulance thru the New York City Fire Department, Bureau of Emergency Medical Service, Mutual Aid Radio System (MARS)
